Lemon cake


First time try lemon cake....but the outcome is really LEMON taste....
Hahaha, i have to drop this recipe. Taste lemon but not really special...
And sure will continue seek a good lemon cake recipe. Cheer =)!!!

Chocolate swiss roll


Chocolate swiss roll

Recipe from book (cakes and cupcakes)
Ingredients:
A
3 large eggs
75g castor sugar...i use 70g
50g plain flour
25 cocoa powder

B Filling...optional...i use very less
75g butter...i use salted butter
125g icing sugar

Method:
1. Whisk egg and sugar until thick and creamy.
2. Fold in sift plain flour and sift cocoa power.
3. Pour batter into tin. My oven is small, which i just ue 8 inch square tin.
4. Preheat oven 200 degree C, bake 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
6. Whisk B until creamy. Top the filling on step5.
7. Roll the sponge up using greaseproof paper.

My husband and kid love it...=)

Chocolate muffin


Chocolate muffin


Recipe from book(cake and cupcakes)
 Ingredients:
A
225g plain flour
60g cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
pinch of salt
B
115g light brown sugar...i use 90g
150g chocolate chip...i use 50 chips and 50g cocoa bar
C
250g buttermilk...i use 1 cup minus 1 tbsp milk, add 1 tbsp white vineger
6 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 eggs

 Method: 
1. Sift A and mix together.
2. Beat all B togather and pour into step1. Mix lightly to make a lumpy batter.
3. Fill batter into 12 muffin cups, 3 quaters full.
4. Preheat oven 200 degree C, bake 15 minutes...i use 180 degree C, 23 minutes.

Easy and simple. Taste nice too...=)

Brownies

Recipe from Table for Two

Ingredients:
A.
250g dark chocolate
100g sugar....i use 80g
100g butter
B.
1 tsp vanilla essence
3 eggs
C.
60g plain flour
D.
100g walnuts...i use 80g
100g chocolate chips...i use 50g
100g white chocolate chips...i use 50g

Method:
1. Mix A with using waterproof bowl on top of hot water.
2. Let step A cool before add in B and mix well.
3. Fold in C into step2.
3. Pour batter in a 8 inch square mould.
4. Topping with D
5. Preheat oven at 160 degree and bake for
40 minutes. I use 180 degree 35 minutes.

Comment:
Can keep this recipe. Taste good and texture not too dense.
