Chocolate swiss roll


Chocolate swiss roll

Recipe from book (cakes and cupcakes)
Ingredients:
A
3 large eggs
75g castor sugar...i use 70g
50g plain flour
25 cocoa powder

B Filling...optional...i use very less
75g butter...i use salted butter
125g icing sugar

Method:
1. Whisk egg and sugar until thick and creamy.
2. Fold in sift plain flour and sift cocoa power.
3. Pour batter into tin. My oven is small, which i just ue 8 inch square tin.
4. Preheat oven 200 degree C, bake 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
6. Whisk B until creamy. Top the filling on step5.
7. Roll the sponge up using greaseproof paper.

My husband and kid love it...=)
